Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul will hold candidate forums in Colorado Springs and Denver this Friday, said Carl Bruning, Paul's state campaign co-chair.
The events will mark Paul's first campaign stops in Colorado during the 2008 campaign, Bruning said.
Specific details for the forums, including times and locations, will be released Wednesday, he said.
At each forum, Paul will speak for about 40 minutes, then take questions from the audience, Bruning said.
Bruning said the stops will offer Paul the chance to hear Coloradoans' opinions on a number of issues.
"Colorado is very important to our Western strategy," Bruning said.
