State Rep. Joe Rice (D-Littleton), an Army reservist who has served in Iraq since last October, will return to the State Capitol on Monday, according to a House Majority Press Office release.
Rice, a lieutenant colonel, will end his third tour of duty in Iraq.
He will appear on the House floor at 9:45 a.m. Monday to be greeted by House members, the release stated.
House members wrote messages to Joe on a banner which will be hanging from his desk, the release stated.
