Ritter stuck on '68

What we want to prevent is the type of black-eye that Chicago got in 1968. That’s what these people want to do in Denver. Ritter’s plan to prevent it is inadequate.”

“Ritter has to study everything that comes to him, he can’t delegate,” said the source. “He has problems making decisions. He just seems frozen in place. Consequently I don’t think we’ll be ready,” for the convention.
