Gates at Pederson Air Force Base
By Wally EdgeSecretary of Defense Robert Gates today is touring Pederson Air Force Base explaining to senior Air Force brass why he forced the resignations of the Air Force chief of staff and the secretary of the Air Force last week, according to KKTV.com.
Gates "pointed to a lack of authority responsible for the Air Force nuclear program and the deterioration of expertise in this field," according to the story on KKTV's web site.
